Balbirnie's kitchens have an emphasis on creating dishes which use the freshest produce, are simple and full of flavour. Our lunch and dinner menus change monthly, always taking advantage of the changing seasons to offer a wide and varied selection of dishes which reflect seasonal specialities.
Balbirnie's "signature" dishes combine with both those which are classic in approach and also those which are newly researched, often drawing inspiration from all around the world. The Orangery offers classic Scotland on a plate, and has become one of Fife’s most special destination restaurants. Classic contemporary with service very much relaxed and informal.
Balbirnie's wine list is one of the finest in Scotland-over 250 wines from around the world are featured. The list also features includes a separate section for "Recommendations from The Cellarman", regularly updated to include wines which have been chosen to complement dishes on our current menu.
