We source fresh seafood from Eyemouth harbour just 12 miles away, Scottish Borders beef, lamb and organic pork from local traditional butchers. All our Beef purchases are Prime Scotch Beef and are fully traceable to Scottish farmer. Fresh fruit and vegetables come from local growers. We source the finest wild mushrooms, organic vegetables, cheese and a variety of exotic ingredients from around the world
According to the season wild Salmon, Venison, Partridge, Pheasant, Woodcock and Duck add a local taste to the menu.
